At last recipe of light and refreshing, slightly sour apricot soup with berries.
For 2 servings:
4 tbsp shugar
1 tbsp starch
Raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, mint leaves
Apricots put in cold water, add sugar, bring to the boil. Remove fruits and continue cooking. Starch mix in 1 tablespoon of water, add to the pan stirring constantly. Remove from heat when soup thickened, cool. Put in refrigerator at least for 2 hours.
Serve with fresh berries and mint.
